If you are brand new to yoga, don't worry, it can feel intimidating at first and at times can be difficult to know exactly where and how to get started. Our Yoga is for the stressed out beginner, and was created specifically to give you the tips and recommendations needed to start a successful Jolli Yoga practice. To ensure your success, we highly recommend you alot a solid block of time to fully immerse yourself. Also, to ensure your success, we highly recommend you read this entire article before attempting any of the exercises.

Second Things First
We suggest you set up your Yoga area in an object free zone. So the kids rooms is not suggested, nor is the kitchen. From user feedback the bedroom or living room seems to be a great place. They both contain many of the right tools you will require to complete your first set of Jolli Yoga.
Prior to getting started, we suggest you take Jolli Candy or Gummy as per the label instruction. Please follow instructions, we have engineered Jolli to have rapid effects, and like all cannabis-hemp edible, we suggest you start off slow and build up to your desired dosing amount.
Stretch and Relax: The work is being done (10 - 15 min)
Start off with some light stretching. Don't over do it... slow and steady are the keys to experiencing the full power of Jolli Yoga. As you stretch remind yourself that you have are doing this for your self and loved ones,...because at this time you have "No more Fcuks to Give" and the rest of the world does not give a fuck. So, breathe in and let it out. Fcuk That Feels Good!
Go Deeper: Let the stress melt away
Lay down either on the nearest couch or bed, face up with your arms above your head. Feel the stress melt away. You are now deep into Jolli Yoga. Remember, if you fall asleep, let it happen. You will not regret it.
Turn over. Feeling the calm flow through you. Remain there as long as you require. The work will be completed when you rise up and start giving a Fcuk, not sooner than that.
